Project description and design highlights：

The town sited in a very slopping site and complicated terrain, which means the mass of constructive land is very limited, In planning aspect implementing a strict regulation to pay most attention to crucial issues, main contradictions but catch up with all other potential issues. With the assistance of GIS technology to deal with data, and analysis report for geographic features, a spatial layout typology—clustered type---used into the construction of town area. However, By adopting a free planning measures to road network, all land which have a ratio of slope less than 40% are capable to be utilized as much as possible in order to meet the needs for constructive land. For making a more effective, economic economy output, we readjusted a little bit for roads and land use according to the further analysis for terrain based on master planning.
